Extra tips …

You can make the stitching as intricate, or as simple as you like, defining petals and leaves for extra texture and visual drama. We have included stitching detail guides to show how the raw edge appliqué method can be used to great effect. In addition to this, you could use metallic threads to stitch the vein detail onto the bee’s wings for some added shimmer, and use beads, or extra embroidery to further embellish the flower spray.
