Renowned designers Susan Collier and her sister Sarah Campbell were at the forefront of printed textiles since the early 1970s. The stunning collections they created for Liberty at the time, of ten drew inspiration from Liberty’s archives, and Zig Zag Paisley is such an example. Originally discovered in a pattern book dating from 1921, this mesmerizing print features a unique juxtaposition of traditional paisley motifs combined with a contemporary geometric chevron ground.
