Postage

All postage with Stitches from the Bush is via Australia Post, all orders are able to be tracked once lodged with Australia Post.

At Stitches from the Bush, we offer flat rate postage on all orders for $9.50 AU. 

Unfortunately, no exchanges or refunds are available on any of our fabrics, patterns, notions or kits.

Please choose carefully if buying from this category.

 However, if an item is faulty ...

To be eligible for a fault return, Stitches from the Bush must be contacted within 7 days of receiving your order. Items being returned must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. 

Once received then the return postage will be refunded. 

If your item/s successfully passes our returns inspection, you will be refunded the order amount (excluding original shipping costs) via your original payment method and within 7 days of Stitches from the Bush receiving the returned item/s.
